OUR PROCESS

Our team will meet with you at the site to:
  • Analyse the site 
  • Learn about your vision for your new home
  • Make a list of requirements (number of rooms, bathrooms, etc)
  • Generate ideas for your custom home to match your individual living style
  • Discuss your budget

At this stage we provide you with a price range you can expect your custom home build to come in at.

We will also provide you with a breakdown of all consultants required to complete your project which may include engineering, plans, town planning, survey and other consultants to address specific site issues.

This is the point where we start to bring the vision for your custom home to life by collaborating with your building designer/architect. We can recommend a number of consultants to assist you with the design process.

You will be given the opportunity to visit our suppliers to make selections for your custom home. You can choose to work with our suppliers or your own. At the conclusion of this step we will provide you with a detailed quote for your custom build.

Once you have accepted our build quote we will engage town planners to obtain development approvals if required. Additionally we will contact a private certifier to organise for building approval. Once we have secured these approvals we can begin construction on your dream custom built home.

During construction we utilise innovative software which enables you to monitor your custom build from anywhere in the world. Our team are also on hand to answer any questions as we continue to work towards achieving your vision.

We are known for delivering projects on time and to budget. We also receive great feedback from clients about how supported they have felt throughout the custom build process. 

At the conclusion of your build we will organise a walk-through with you to complete our client satisfaction check. Once you have signed off on the build quality we will organise a professional clean to ensure your new home is ready to move straight in. 

We may also undertake landscaping at your property during this stage. You will be provided with a document pack including all warranties and instruction manuals for your custom home.

Finally, we celebrate the completion of your new custom home!
